Disappointing
Initial welcome was very pleasant and the service was quick and on time etc. Unfortunately, the seal doesn’t fit right around the windscreen, I requested an oem seal but it was clearly ignored, for cost reasons I imagine. I rang to ask if this can be rectified and I was told an oem seal doesn’t exist, which I know to be untrue, disappointing to be lied to. They have told me I have a guarantee if anything goes wrong, but that doesn’t help the fact that the seal doesn’t fit and has left the result looking quite ugly, and I am unsure if future issues will now occur too.

Appalling Customer Service
My wife had a pre booked 8.30am appointment for a replacement windscreen at Leicester branch and was told the car would be needed for "up to four hours".
She dropped the car off at 8.45am and returned 3.5 hours later at 12.15pm to collect it only to find the vehicle still in the car park with work not having even started. She received no update about a delay.
The "Manager" initially told her the car was still being worked on but then backtracked and said he didn't realise work hadn't been started, apologising saying the technicians had been busy and also blaming the wet weather!
So we went back home (another 12 miles each way) for another two hours until we were called to say the windscreen had been replaced. We returned at 3pm, over six hours since our first visit.
Appalling service that puts their own work schedule before customer satisfaction. Preferably don't use NW, but if your Insurer insists, stay in the waiting room until you see them make a start. This ruined our day. Hopefully, we will never have to return.
