Nice friendly chap with a ginger beard came out to greet me and took my car into the workshop and repaired my windscreen stone chip while I waited. Done in under half an hour. Would recommend to anyone.

Windshield finished nicely and was done correctly.
But lack of care for vehicle as I cleaned my car the night before, and after getting home with the new windscreen, i noticed my side beams for my windscreen was covered in dirt, my roof has suction circles, black sealant silicone smeared on my right fender which I cant take off, and many mini cracks on my bonnet, where they have lent over my car.
So please buy and use clean large cloths to place on the vehicle to prevent this from happening to other vehicles.

When I went to pick my car I was kept…
When I went to pick my car I was kept waiting for 30 mins along with five other customers only to be told by a member of staff ‘we’re having a staff meeting’. Then no one could find my keys or another customers keys, surely these should be kept in a secure place? Then a week after the appointment I got a refund of £39.50 but with no explanation, when I called I was told this ‘may’ be because they didn’t fit the new windscreen wipers I’d been recommended to have but no one could give me answer???
I felt like a trapped customer, I had to use this firm through my insurance company and therefore they don’t appear to care if you’ve had a satisfactory experience as they’ve got your business anyway!

Very unprofessional
Things went quickly wrong on the day the work was carried out. I was told on arrival that the ADAS calibration system that was required for my vehicle was not working and for this I would need to bring my car back on another day. The guy telling me this didn’t even come away from his desk to greet me. I was then told it didn’t matter as this was a gimmick anyway. I was informed circa 2 hours later the vehicle was ready for collection. On arrival I was now told everything was complete?? On inspection of the car I found it hadn’t been carried out correctly and a rubber seal was tucked under a plastic fascia. After being told to my astonishment this was part of the process I had to ask for tools to rectify this myself. This was all on a £30k vehicle. I had to go to National Windscreens as it was through my insurance but would protest this If I had to do it again. Very poor

2nd visit by Callum - had a lot if issue trying to fit glass - worked really hard ensure the glass went in - very hot day 2.5 hours attempting to get glass in!

Time conserving observation.
Not a complaint but I was booked in for 12.30. I was quoted a 3-4 hour wait. As it was a pleasant day I decided to wait around your facility. I noticed the car was not started on for at least an hour after my arrival. Perhaps a tighter estimate of time taken for the job would be less of my time wasted.
