Time conserving observation.
Not a complaint but I was booked in for 12.30. I was quoted a 3-4 hour wait. As it was a pleasant day I decided to wait around your facility. I noticed the car was not started on for at least an hour after my arrival. Perhaps a tighter estimate of time taken for the job would be less of my time wasted.

Good service but a rubbish AI booking system.
Bad weather on booked day. I received a call asking if I could go to the depot to which is i agreed even though it was a 40 minute drive. I was greeted courteously and my vehicle went straight in to the workshop. I was even given a cup of coffee whilst I waited. Screen was replaced within 90 minutes and my vehicle was returned in good condition. I would add that the AI booking system is rubbish. I had to supply loads of information which it struggled to take and it then put me into a loop listening to musak. After 20 minutes I rang Customer Services who told me that the system had not even made my booking. Customer Services then took my booking over the ‘phone in 3 minutes - so much for AI technology!
