The fitter put a deep scratch in the…
The fitter put a deep scratch in the a-pillar and a 5cm scratch on the lip of the bonnet with the windscreen wiper.
After several weeks I was offered a repair, I was contacted by a man who simply introduced himself as Raymond - no company name, no courtesy car. I approached a reputable repair company who explained that a professional fix would involve stripping back paint and respraying - a process they estimated would cost £771. I was offered £320 from National Windscreens as Raymond had apparently said he could do it for £320 - an estimate he had deduced from photographs and never seeing the car.
I would never use them again.

Slightly disappointed
I received an excellent service, however, I asked for some new windscreen wipers to be fitted and they were not (none in stock apparently), I was told I would get a refund for them but I haven’t received it yet. I tried calling the branch but no one answers and I then get transferred to your call centre, no one answers there either so after being on hold for quite some time I hang up!

Mirror mount
The replacement had an internal mirror mount, I messaged them to find out the name of this mount and I couldn’t speak to anyone? I was contacted by mobile when it was ready and messaged it, was never replied to.
When handed over the keys, didn’t explain the internal mirror mount hadn’t been refitted, just left on the floor.
