Nothing made it great. The location of the workshop necessitated remaining in the windowless customer room for 3 hours. Coffee machine not working and no cups for water. Windscreen replaced satisfactorily but radio didn’t work for 4 days afterwards.

The staff in your office need more training. Booked me in for Saturday sent four days reminder of the date to then let me know they don’t work Saturdays. Booked me in for early Monday morning but didn’t bother to let the technician know. What a waste of my time and my M O T centaur. The man that came out did a brilliant job and was very helpful. Just up date you office staff.

The windscreen fitter has damaged by a pillar interior trim

The screen was fitted in around 2 hours, including checking the safety features rather than the 4 hours quoted.

Thanks to Jake who has fitted a windscreen yet again to my ford focus very nice guy very polite and fingers cross that everything has been sorted he has explained everything in detail so can't fault him personally, just think that national windscreens need to get some kind of cover so they can fit people's windscreens in bad weather

The engineer who came was very nice and did a repair to the screen with a clear compound in the nasty crack on the passenger side. Since then it has started to have two cracks extending from it and I have requested a new screen to be fitted.
The Chip was very deep and in my humble opinion it should’ve had a complete windscreen replaced from the start instead of leaving a nasty visible spot

The fitter was pleasant communication good before arrival. After finishing the job he advised me the plastic trim at the bottom of the glass was broke. I didn’t think it was. He said he had before and after pictures. So I said ok send me them with the job sheet and I will take the car back to the garage where I bought it. I had pictures of the car on purchase. The garage felt the fitter had broken it. So I am in the middle now. The garage are so good they said they would repair it. I feel bad as I feel you should pay for repairs and refund me. I have contacted you and asked for clearer pictures and heard nothing?? Funny that. So I will be in contact further.

My booking was for 0830, I was advised that the windscreen replacement would take 4 hours. I returned at 4.45, the car wasn’t ready, I had to wait until 5.30pm! The dashcam was not replaced.
Apart from this, I was satisfied with the replacement.

My 18 year old son had a crack appear in his windscreen when a stone hit it, over a month ago. He contacted his insurance and they directed him to National Windscreens. He had to take time off school and the first appointment the new windscreen was damaged in transit. The second windscreen did not arrive in time for the appointment. The third appointment was meant to be at home - where the car was left and I took my son to school. However they made a mistake and booked it at Lincoln branch. During all this time he has had difficulty contacting them and since the last mix up he has had promises of calls, which have not happened and he has called every day and got voicemails.
He needs his car to go to school and work and is really worried about being stopped by Police, because the crack has got bigger. I am going into hospital for an operation and won’t be able to drive him around.
I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service shown to my son.

I was a bit annoyed as told to be there for 8.30 and they did 2 cars that were not even there before ours. As it was in the middle of nowhere we were sat in a little room for over 4hrs without even a drink of water. They eventually started on our car just after 10.30. But did a brilliant job and said any problems to go straight back
