Booked an appointment
Booked an appointment. They were ment to arrive at lunch time on the Friday. Phoned up to take payment saying the card machine is temperamental out and about. As soon as I made payment the drive phoned back 10 min later and canceled the appointment and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I had a mot on the Tuesday so I couldn’t trust to be canceled again. Canceled the appointment and still waiting for my money back. Absolute shambles. Have called to the office in Londonderry and was expecting a call back. Never came. Rang head office 3 times to be told there looking into to it. Still waiting on my money
