Very hard to make an appointment with local depot number being redirected, then a very long wait, having then got through the phone was cut off your end. On the day no calls etc & the online tracker showed 1 appointment before me - i'll wait in then, then it jumped to 3 appointments before me - I had time to pop out for some milk etc & as I opened the door to leave 2 of your vans turned up . . . . . . . .
Van left dirty with glue scrapings etc on dash board & only 1 half of the new screen cleaned outside - RHS/ only 1 half of the screen cleaned inside LHS
& possibly not your fault insurance policy says "windscreen excess £25" but you charge £100 & no receipt

Technician attended in my absence, liaising with Airparks in my absence, but keeping me fully informed of the job progress and sending me a detailed completion report. Technician even cleaned up the excess glass from inside the vehicle, before leaving.
