ABSOLUTELY USELESS
If I could rate a 1 I would. UTTERLEY useless. Advise it is going to be a 08:30/9 drop off - I accomodate by changing everything around within my day. Then an email the afternoon before advising its now 10am.... i try NUMEROUS times to contact them yesterday afternoon. They were supposed to return call - never did. I can't do that time - it's too late. I have a car I can't drive in rain as the windscreen will shred the wipers. And they say 'I can only apologise...' I would NEVER recommend

Been scheduled 3 times to be turned…
Been scheduled 3 times to be turned down 3 times with the reason in the day of the fitting that the windscreen hasn’t been delivered to them.The final time they also finished the job but the windscreen came without the rubber seal so had to be rescheduled again.I finally got the windshield with the rubber seal but it was a hassle.Strange way of doing business,i don’t know how they are in profit .

National Windscreens , great experience
National Windscreens customer service was brilliant from start to finish, they sorted all the details with my insurance company, all I had to do was pay the excess on the day of booking. I was given an installation date for my replacement windscreen to be fitted.
I went to my nearest fitting centre on the day and had the work done, the installation was carried out and the vehicle was left clean and tidy. Sam the fitter did a Great Job, well done and a big thank you to National Windscreens. I would happily recommend them.

Really happy with their service. Staff were friendly when I dropped my vehicle off for a windscreen replacement. Job was completed within 3 hours and everything was done professionally. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a repair or replacement.

On the morning of my windscreen being…
On the morning of my windscreen being replaced it was raining quite heavy and I had no cover outside my house.
I was called by the engineer and asked to attend the local site for the works to be carried out.
I waited in their facilities, where comfortable seating and free WiFi was provided.
To my surprise the works was completed very quickly and the staff were all very professional and courteous.
