The actual installation was great
The actual installation was great. Took a few hours. The only gripe I have was the location. The site in Luton was not easy to find if you do not know the area. Google maps direct you to a different area. The site needs to be placed in Google maps.

Outstanding Support and Efficiency
I had a very positive experience. Both technicians I dealt with were very polite, honest and professional throughout. When I explained that I had no other means of transport, they went out of their way to complete my windscreen replacement within an hour. I genuinely appreciated their understanding and efficiency. The free coffee, washroom facilities, and Wi-Fi were an added bonus. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

What a nightmare company
What a nightmare company! Put a new windscreen in and have noticed today that the screen is leaking! They haven't put the wires in properly and the wiper blades don't even sit properly in the screen ! Have had to take it back today!

Great response when there was slight error with reinstalling rear view mirror
Sam was prompt, professional and efficient. Sadly however my rear view mirror wasn't secured properly and i had to call to have it looked at.
A booking was confirmed immediately despite it being in the christmas period. Once again Sam was prompt and sorted it out perfectly. Mistakes will happen in life but a true test of character either personally or in business is how good you are at correcting them.
if it wasn't for this i'd have given you all a 5 out of 5 thank you

Unprofessional
I do not recommend them. No professional setup.. When I dropped the car, they just took the key fob, they didn't enter into their system... They later broke the driver side Garnish trim on my car while changing windscreen.. I asked them to pay for it after checking price from Kia. THey said they are going to claim from their insurance and get back to me.. I do not recommend them at all.. Go to AutoGlass rather.

I had to have a windscreen replaced and…
I had to have a windscreen replaced and this was done under my car insurance. I left my car with them as i wad told it would take approx 4 hours. When i collected the car i was told all was completed and was given back my key. I then noticed some damaged had occured to the rear door and they then admitted this occured when a wheelie bin hit my car. This is now under investigation with the company and i now have to get it repaired. My own inurance company told me that i have to resolve this with national windscreens. I have no trust in them after this experience and highly recommend tha you stay with your vehicle whilst any work they do is being carried out.

Having admitted to the damage National windscreens paid my repair shop directly for work required to fix. Thank you National windscreens
