Stress Free Service
From the moment I reported my back window glass broken, they were on point...even when I had to change the date for the fitting due to my work schedule, they were so helpful and accommodating. They turned up early based on the customer service understanding of how stressed i was and my time schedule. The two gentlemen that turned up, was so polite.and respectful. I give a well deserved 10 out of 10 from start to finish for their overall customer service. Thank you guys for making getting my back windscreen replacement stress free.

Great serviice
Took a little over 2hrs and I had a brand new windscreen, didn't even have to mess about with the insurance, they did everything great service and friendly staff, thanks again.

Well repaired but very poor instruction by phone
Well repaired. Good staff at site.
However...
Was told on phone that I would receive a AM or PM slot for the repair, via text message, during the day prior to the repair. This message never appeared... because it turned out that, according to the Luton site, I had an 'all day' appointment... which affected my day greatly.
