I was happy with how smooth and easy…ay alr
I was happy with how smooth and easy was with the appointment and was changed my windscreen within 3 hours but the only thing i was disappointed with the front right windshield cowl panel. Following the day after i was going for work and it flew away in motorway which was not fixed properly by them. It was loose.Now i have to fix it by myself. Another money loss.

Simple booking system, checked ahead that part was correct, offered repair at home, advised of ETA, technician was thorough and quick. Great care taken to remove glass in and out of the car to safeguard our dogs.

If windscreen replacements were an Olympic sport, Sam from National Windscreens Luton would take home the gold—possibly while replacing a windscreen mid-race.
Our poor Range Rover Vogue had a cracked screen and was feeling a little sorry for itself. Enter Sam: calm, collected, and clearly part magician. In no time at all, the old screen was out, the new one was in, and we were left standing there wondering if we’d just hallucinated how fast it all happened.
Not only was the job done brilliantly, but Sam’s attention to detail and professionalism made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable—yes, we’re talking about car repairs here!
Highly recommend National Windscreens Luton (and especially Sam) if you want top-quality work, minus the stress, and maybe with a touch of wizardry.

Bottom of the screen left exposed
Would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail in completing the job. The bottom of the screen was left exposed and not sealed off. Made the car look quite cheap. I had to buy black screen silicone and do it myself.

In and out in 2 hours for full glass replacement.
Arrived at the designated time and staff were ready to get started. My wife and I waited only a few hours for the windscreen to be replaced and we have brand new Bosch approved wipers thrown in for only a little extra money (£39). They had coffee facilities and sitting area as we waited of which the receptionist there was nice. They took before and after photos to compare the repair and had them sent to my email.
