Lovely man, left a light on - drained the battery!
Lovely man, did a good job but left an interior light on and drained the battery. My elderly mother missed an important medical appointment as a consequence!

Really good service from the windscreen…
Really good service from the windscreen people cannot fault their repair and service on the day at Maidstone however when I booked the appointment there was no option to pay they then sent a link whilst at work but then progressed to keep calling and texting until payment was made during my working day which was not really very convenient or nice to have to deal with. So need to have an option to pay when booking or at least given people a chance to pay as it was several days before the appointment and I am sure that they would not have repaired if payment wasn't received

Excellent service from friendly staff, was sat waiting for the centre to open when one of the fitters said they were willing to get my vehicle in 15 minutes early as I was waiting for the windscreen to be replaced.
