Friendly staff, but a dirty windscreen
The staff were friendly and fitted my windscreen really well. 1 star is taken off because the inside of the windscreen was very dirty... I would have expected this to be perfectly clean from a brand new windscreen.

I had a massive crack in the windscreen and was booked in for a 4 hour slot, I arrived and was brilliantly looked after by Jake, he was kind and polite, and offered a space for me to do my office work. The work was completed way ahead of time, and I was eternally grateful. I was pushed for time. Jake is credit to your company. Thank you

Absolutely awful, incapable fitters
Absolutely awful, my front screen needed replacing, a fitter came out had no clue on what to do, he left after 2.5 hrs said it was done for then me to see the seal around the screen was not refitted correctly, and the clip last were all missing to the scuttle panel, when driving I had lots of air coming on from the screen, a 2nd footer came out after reselling the screen, still had noise whilst driving, so had to new screen replaced, this took 2 months to resolve, then I get chased by debt collectors to pay the bill, get your job done correctly then I would had paid… awful customer service by the manager at the Kent office, they really have no clue

Mostly very good, and very good service from the Maidstone branch.
Marked down slightly because I had to wait a long time on the phone for an initial response, and it took time before the replacement could actually be carried out. I realise that was a problem of your suppliers, so unlikely to be your fault, but it did result in a delay of a week, more or less.
Fitting itself was well done, including a serious attempt to get rid of the broken glass.
