I've had no option but to make a court…
I've had no option but to make a court claim against these crooks because they have refused to put right my windscreen after making a mess of it. This company has damaged parts on my car and not fitted the windscreen properly. Such a bad experience & I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Painless experience…
It was a quick and painless experience although even though I told them that the glass had a green tint to it the glass that was fitted did not also it was a bit sloppy in the way there was fitted. There was sealant in places there shouldn't have been, but overall decent experience.

Everything v good about the actual service . The only issues were a) finding a Nat windscreen place near my home and b) the time I had to wait before it could be done . The quickest I could get it done involved about a 100 mile trip to Manchester !

The mirror replacement was done…
The mirror replacement was done professionally. However, there was some dust left on the car dashboard, and the customer waiting area had no ventilation, making it quite smelly.

All worked well, friendly and efficient
Bit of a delay in when they could do the work, but thats scheduling. Communication before was great and then on the day services was friendly and quick.

Very good service .. Appointment made quite quickly and reminders sent.
The person fixing it was very nice and it was ready in less than 3 hours .. My only issue was where it is located .. With no one to take me .. Had to get an Uber to Trafford Centre to pass the time .. In your 70’s not really my thing but worked ok

Booking the work was fairly starightforward as was changing the appointment that I had to make.
There was confusion as to how long the job would take. Whilst I was told one time when the vehical was dropped off the reality was somewhat different.
