Efficient Windscreen changeout
Pre-appointment communications were clear and complete. On the day I dropped off my car in the appointed window, the technician talked me through the process and the time window required and all work was completed per the plan. The team members were polite and efficient

Need to improve your communication
i was told i need to waiting formore than 10days to have my windscreen replaced can not be remoted even though i told them that you changed my window at.my.home address back in january tgis year. i had to arrange my car to be taken to the repair place. however, in the day one guy came to collect the car then after 30 mins i got another phone call from anoyher tecnisian that hes coming to my house to replace the window while i said someone has taken the car. he said that was.not them.i neally had a heart attack.he then called.me. back that its your fault as yoy.double booked my job. one was to pick up and one was remote . no appoligies from anyone . not good . i was happy with the first experience back in January 2026 but not this time.

Arrived exactly as promised
Arrived exactly as promised at my home but asked if i could go to my local site due to weather. Service was excellent at the site. The only negative was that i paid for windscreen wipers and they didnt have them in stock but that is not the fault of the fitter on site and my money was refunded promptly.
