The guys were great.
The guys were great and worked quite quickly.
The booking process needs looking at, as it was asking me to pay for someone else's vehicle.
There needs to be a coffee/tea machine in the waiting room.

Windscreen replacement
The technician managed to replace my windscreen but could not complete the calibration of the camera which provides safety features which means I have to take it to an MG dealer, but this is more due to alliance insurance than the technicians

Efficient service, friendly staff team
The service was efficient, the staff team friendly keeping me fully informed regarding the progress of my booking, thank you, my experience was only marred by the brute in the tight car park next to me who protested he wouldn't be able to get out of his massive faux 4x4 SUV because I'd parked next to him, well within my space on both sides, though I pointed out to him he was over my white line and could easily move his vehicle over to the left. Turned out he could get out with ease, grumpy git. So yeh, thanks National, great service with a smile, though I hope not to have to change my windscreen too often.
