Windscreen replacement done in much less time than advised on the web so was able to stay rather than travel back home and then return

The staff from the Middlesbrough store…
The staff from the Middlesbrough store were brilliant made me feel much better the replacement of my windscreen after the head office had stressed me out telling me my car had to go to site to be repaired and told me that it had features I knew it didn’t and I had simply switched them off. Told me I had to drive my car to the windscreen garage to get done when when the screen had been bullseyed and smashed. Disgusting service from head office but Middlesbrough store were very reassuring and the two guys that replaced the windscreen were marvellous thankyou guys.

Got stuck in traffic on the way, was 1.5 hours late for my appointment and the team still replaced my windscreen and did a great job.

Great experience, friendly staff, took 2.5 hours estimated 4 hours. staff explained where we could go and nearby cafes etc. Booking process easy.
