I had to wait 10 days because the part wasn't available and the fitter was a tad grumpy but the manager at the MK Depot was amazing. I would use you again because his customer service, empathy and knack of talking to me as a valued customer saved the whole experience.

Not the service I expected, very disappointing
New windscreen fitted, dash cam wires pulled from the roof cover and wrapped around the sun visor, discovered when I needed the visor and had a tangle of wires obstructing my view and swinging about! New rear view mirror in a horrible pale grey. Interior windscreen left filthy and smeared, a joy to drive home in the dark! Not informed of any of this on receiving my keys back. Terrible service

Ford Puma windscreen replaced…
Had a Ford Puma windscreen replaced couple weeks back, and very happy with the overall experience. Sensors were calibrated perfectly also, so had no problems after replacement. It was also the best one out of 3 quotes received.
