Reckless employee - 29/10/2025
I waited in the customer area while my car was having its windscreen replaced. After a couple of hours, I suddenly heard screeching tyres- to my shock, my own car came flying onto the forecourt! The driver did a three-point turn and then reversed into a parking bay as if nothing had happened. It was obvious the technician had no idea he was being watched.
I was absolutely stunned. I did not expect staff to drive customers’ cars so recklessly - it looked like someone had stolen it. This experience has completely shaken my confidence in the company. I left feeling very disappointed and wondering whether the windscreen had even been replaced properly.

The repairers have hand prints on the…
The repairers have hand prints on the inside of the windscreen, including the area where the front facing Tesla camera is located. I have no clue how to clean this now and I hope it doesn’t affect the autopilot feature.

Re arranged appointment twice then a further three times.
Re arranged appointment twice, arranged to do at home, due to literally a little drizzle, had to drive to centre without wipers. Only to wait 4 hours to have a screen fitted which has deep scratches in, to then be re arranged a further 3 times In which time I also had to deal with loud wind noise because the windscreen trim which wasn't adequate for the screen only to be told by lad whom come to replace and rectify the screen that the roof liner had been damaged from previous person packing sealant too close to edge, using too much and also cutting the liner with the cable when removing original damaged glass. So definitely not at all impressed as this was due to go to car show and competition and unfortunately didn't make it due to the condition I was having it back to me in because of a bloody screen!
