Back windscreen wiper has fallen off I can no longer open my boot because the fitter dropped broken glass down into lock the fitter has told me to go to there depot on scotchwood road as it was his fault my boot won't open anymore I am still waiting to hear from them it has been six days without accessing my boot which I need to use for work

Very good and easy day on fixing, very punctual and was very quick on getting this fixed after a little issues when first reporting the claim everything went very smoothly excellent service from the glass installer very friendly and accommodating would use again

Quick and great job
Hi. They been contacted with me before my appointment. Send me reminder message and emails.
When i got there everybody was very nice ask me if i want to wait or came back for my.car. Im leave quiet a far away. So i just stays. Offered me coffee or tea.
My time slot was 4 hours. But my car was done less then 2. So absolutely happy .

Initial service good
Initial service good. Booking easy and call back to confirm drop off time was quick. Dropped car off at agreed time but never received any phone call to say car was ready. Tried to ring at least give times but no answer. Resorted to leaving it on the day I was expecting to pick the car up and just turned up the next morning to find the car was ready. Bit poor but quality of work excellent

The vehicle glasing tecnhician phoned to let me know how long he would be, when he arrived he was very clear as to what was needed. Winscreen was repaired within 40 minutes & keys handed back. The full process from making the booking to the windscreen repair was very quick and easy
