The actual replacement was fabulous. He came at time he said he would and did a great job. Clear instructions of what to do and what not to do . Friendly fella.
Downside was having it booked in for 0830 on the Monday for it to be moved back three times in that day without knowing why that was. Then replacement was cracked ( not their fault) and so could t be done that day anyway. Working full time makes that difficult.

Professional efficiency
I received polite and efficient customer service from start to finish. The telephone booking agent gave clear information and indicated my booking options. I was greeted in a polite and appropriate manner at the Newcastle unit where I was given detailed information of the timing required for the process. This was adhered to and the immediate aftercare explained before one very satisfied customer drove away. Thank you all.
