I recently had the windscreen replaced…
I recently had the windscreen replaced on my van by National Windscreens, and I'm very pleased with the service I received.
There were a couple of minor issues along the way, but what really stood out was how professionally everything was handled. Steven, the Newcastle area manager, kept me fully informed throughout the process with clear and timely updates, which gave me confidence that everything was being taken care of. Good communication makes all the difference, and it certainly did here.
The technician who came to fit the windscreen was also excellent. He arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard.
It's easy to judge a company when everything goes perfectly, but I think the real test is how they deal with the unexpected. National Windscreens handled everything professionally, and their customer service was first class from start to finish.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would happily use them again in the future.

Fantastic professional fitting service.
I found the link from my insurance company easy to use, the booking process with NW was great, providing a selection of available days and time slots.
I selected my proffered day and time. Booking confirmed and text and e mail received. I had a timely reminder of my appointment via e mail.
Turned up on the day to the Newcastle office, nice friendly welcome when I arrived, I was given an eta and advice what not to do post fitting.
I received a text within a few hours confirming the work had been completed and my car was ready for collection.
Collected my car and was impressed there was not one dot of glass on the dash carpet etc.
Great friendly and professional service.
