Newtownbreda TESCO replacement
The guys were very obliging.
I suggested an alternative covered location outside Belfast due to the unrelenting rain. They met me there at the the suggested time.
And then the large front window of my car was reasonably promptly replaced. They even suffered all the questions I had about the process!

Good communication, quick and efficient
I was easy to make the appointment booking, and I was reminded of the booking on the day prior to it. The technician (Sam) confirmed a time early on the morning, and kept me well informed of a small delay when it arose.( Nobody minds a small delay if there is good communication.) The actual replacement was quick and eefficient.

The guy phoned me early in the morning to give me an approximate time he'd be here and fulfilled it. Very efficient when he arrived and had the windscreen replaced in about 45 minutes. Excellent service.
