Could have been better.
The service was good , however I had a two hour round journey and wait 5 days to get it done.

On time , cheerful and efficient.
The communications over the phone relating to the repair were brilliant - clear , helpful and warm. The engineer came exactly when he said he would , even a few minutes early and did the job speedily and efficiently- and accepted two mugs of tea.

Very poor booking system
Done promptly. Confusion with booking time though. Told on phone that drop off time for car was 8:30-9:00 or 12:00-12:30. When we arrived, found the car was booked in at 10:00. Had we arrived at the later time, we would have missed our appointment.
