Transferred from the Lincoln Branch to the one at Peterborough as after 2 weeks dealing with Lincoln we still hadn’t got a replacement scree.
After being put in touch with Customer Services at Peterborough with had a new screen fitted within 4 days. All the staff were friendly and professional, a shame the same cannot be said for Lincoln.

Bad experience
Unfortunately i need to say very bad service..because they replaced my windscreen but they broken my car part which is coming from inside bonnet to windscreen..they broken both sides..I was shocked and disappointed..And also they didn’t inform me it’s happened..Its found when I was checking after they just left..So still Iam suffering and disappointing because they didn’t replaced yet..When raining water is going inside

Damaged car VIN number on windscreen. I have been left to source one from main dealer, no help from National Windscreens at all. Now need a certificate of charge for the vehicle before the dealer will provide a new VIN plate. Saga continues…
