Was surprised it was repaired so…
Was surprised it was repaired so quickly.
Did not get a call to let me know. I just went back to the depot on the off chance. When I got home was not happy with the debris left on my dash and the panels on the inside of the windscreen in the car had black fingerprint type marks on them. One of the plastic covers from the rear view mirror was missing but I found it loose on the passenger seat.

Poor
Booking is frustrating online, would only give option to repair. Garage had already advised chip was an Mot failure, but website forces upload of image which then states a reapir will be carried out. I stated in notes must be replaced.
Email confirmation advised repair would take place, had to phone and was told that screen was going to be replaced.
Screen was replaced, but wipers put back ridiculously high, washer left off and scuttle panel cover broken and glued back in place with sealant.
This isn't first time I have used National windscreens and previous experience was far worse.
Would not recommend and will not use again.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Arranging an appointment was clunky, far more steps than necessary. On arrival at 08:28 for a 08:30 the place looked deserted and no signage as to where to go. Once booked in I was then phoned to say my windscreen could not be done because of the rain and could I attend the their facility, which is exactly where I was waiting. The chip was a little bigger than a 5p but they were unable to repair it to a reasonable visual standard but the threat of a screen crack had been mitigated, but I could have a new screen if not happy for a further £110. I going elsewhere for a second opinion.

Easy on line booking and good communications. The location was brilliant with friendly staff. Windscreen replacement very fast, a nice and clean tidy job. Five days on, no leaks or issues, absolutely brilliant.
