Appointment was between 09:00 and 16:30 and I was contacted to say the technician would be arriving in the afternoon. He got to me at 16:30 and after confirming that the windscreen would have to be changed, he started work. It took 1 hour to complete the job which was to very good standard. Given that it was late afternoon and 29C in full sunshine, he was calm, collected and very polite and personable. Couldn’t wish for a better experience, just a shame i don’t know his name to give him a personal recommendation! Well done to the technician and National Windscreens for an excellent service.

I was half an hour early and the technician was very pleasant and helpful. He started my job within 15 minutes and replaced my windscreen efficiently within 2 hours. Very satisfied customer.

Fantastic service
Honestly would recommend to anyone. The staff were nothing but friendly. Even made me a coffee. Windscreen replaced quickly and has settled in great. Fantastic service all round and even helped after install making sure the inbuilt camera was working correctly.

Fixed my glass but it never fully opened and made a weird horrible sound like it was going to smash again. I brought it in for them to look at and it smashed on their property and instead of replacing it again they are blaming me
