I was pleased with the end result
I was pleased with the end result - a repaired windscreen and replaced side window. The team at the garage were helpful and answered all my questions. However, I had been told the window would replaced as soon as possible as my car was not secure - it actually was done on the 8th day. I understood that it would be done at my house, but I got a phone call asking me to drive to the garage due to the weather. It was an hour’s drive. So the work was done but the whole process was not what I had initially been told.

Windscreen replacement
At the delivery time stated I was met by a technician who booked my car in and explained exactly what would be carried out.When I returned close to the completion time I was greeted with a coffee and biscuits.Found the whole process very efficient and was on my way home at the stated on arrival.

First off they fitted the wrong glass …
First off they fitted the wrong glass and when I call to report it so they could have fit it I was given nothing but run around until I told them I’m about to report it, then I had to take the car in for them to redo it and the guy at the reception was very rude, but the guy who fitted the glass was amazing but I pray I don’t have to deal with them ever again

Efficient service and repair
Easy to book for repair to be carried out at home. Fitter rang to give give expected time of arrival. Explained what he was going to do to carry out repair. Total time was around 40 minutes. Repair virtually invisible.

National Windscreens Excellent Service
National Windscreens were very professional from start to finish. I received several texts and phone calls regarding my appointment. Upon arrival my car was inspected and photos taken.
I was also given an approximate time of completion, I was notified by text when the work was completed and sent photo of the completed work.
