Theft
Just had windscreen replaced took picture before it went in of my change pot they stole all my pound coins will not use again after this experience trusting them with my van full of tools and they steal my money absolutely shocked would avoid at all cost

There was a scratch on my body work…
There was a scratch on my body work which I was able to remove and the plastic fitting wasn’t properly secured I cannot get it off and it has left a gap by the window so water could get in will have to get it sorted

5 star service
Initially the screen chip was for repair. However, this could t be carried out due to the size. The photos I provided weren’t shown to the repairer.
A new screen was ordered & fitted at the unit due to camera calibration required.
There were some issues (not with them) and the team worked around these and my schedule, of going away for Easter.
It was a lengthy process but the guys at Redruth were polite, extremely helpful and entertaining whilst I waited.

Super quick and went out of their way…
Super quick and went out of their way to come to me whilst I was at work! Less than 24 hours from finding the crack in my windscreen to getting it replaced, and I didn't even have to change the schedule of my day!
