Crack more visible after repair...
I was rather disappointed with the repair. I had a small chip with crack on my windscreen. I assumed that after the repair it'll be barely visible as advertised on the website, but the crack has gotten bigger and is now more visible.
I was also told that the windscreen is likely to crack after the repair, which makes me question the repair in the first place.
There's also a cloud shaped residue around the crack now which reflects incoming headlights at nighttime.

Highly recommended …
The man was unable to do my windscreen at home due to the weather, so I had to go to the workshop, they informed me that was the case and let me get back to them just in case that I couldn’t make the appointment, they were all very helpful and kept me entertained while it was being done, highly recommend them.

Everything possible failed or wrong
Everything - from the initial arranged appointment - to wrongly applying repair and then customer services where I had to speak with operators over 6 times and the issue continues - communications that didn’t match time frames to replacement windscreen finally ( after MOT garage declaring how poor the repair was ) to operator leaving dirty hand prints on bonnet in 3 places plus windows.

The appointment process was…
The appointment process was straightforward. The fitter came to our house at a convenient time and was friendly and polite and the windscreen was changed quickly and efficiently. No problems have arisen since.
