Friendly Team - Great Job
It was difficult to park as the location was very restricted for space. Welcome was professional and friendly. I allowed 2.5 hours for the replacement but it took over 4 hours. Got lots of apologies for time taken, which was great
It would have been good to have had a drink of water during my wait.

above and beyond and did a fabulous job
They were efficient and did a fabulous job. They kept me appraised about everything they were doing and they went above and beyond during calibration. My car had a warning light prior to my visit and this affected the job but the guys did not give up and kept trying. They have my custom for life.

Very helpful and efficient man. Made me a cup of tea! I received a full report of the job with photos afterwards. He replaced all the sticker badges in the same place on new windscreen, which I had not expected.

The windscreen replacement was carried out in a timely manner by polite & professional staff. I was informed the length of time I could expect the vehicle to be in for & received a text & phone call when it was ready to collect. Very good service.
