Full windscreen replacement. Came to my house, got the job done quickly even having to stop for rain, explained it all clearly to me, and apologised for a damage to the dashboard leather so slight I still can't find it!!!! Absolute gentleman and top quality work.

Great service with prompt repair.
After booking in my repair for the following week, my local branch phoned me within a couple of hours to say that they had a couple of postponed replacements because of the earlier rain, so would I like it done that afternoon. I said yes and they came and completed the repair with no fuss, just quick and efficient service.

I took my vehicle to the Rochester…
I took my vehicle to the Rochester branch for a windscreen replacement, a member of staff there was aggressive and rude, I cancelled the appointment and rebooked with the Alysford branch, the screen was replaced there, the standard of work was very poor, the rain sensor was not correctly installed and needed to be refitted, the internal plastic trim around the rear view mirror dropped as I was driving, the external plastic trim is now at different levels and my car was left dirty. The poor service has been reported the National Windscreens and my insurance company. Absolutely no way would I use Nation Windscreens again.

Such a great company and great staff the guy sorting my windscreen explained every step to me and was very helpful and clear and while I waited which really wasn't long at all I had a chat with the assistant manger which was great. Very friendly efficient staff.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Fantastic contact with updates of arrival times. The only negative comment was the wipers weren't adjusted and someone needed to come back to sort out. Cannot fault the customer service 10 out of 10.

The quick response in getting me booked in and on the day replacing the windscreen the guys were very clean and tidy the music they were playing was great the only thing I could have asked for was a desk to work from and a coffee or cold drink machine great service
