Great job, no issues
Had a small crack on the side that turned into a large curving crack across the entire windscreen, and these guys replaced the whole thing within just a few hours. No fuss or hassle, friendly staff, easy drop off and collection.

It was supposed to be a replacement at…
It was supposed to be a replacement at home but they told me I have to go there as they don't have a technician who can do the mobile replacement because it's a complicated windscreen. It's a Ford and it's nearly 10 years old.I went there before the the appointment and they took four other cars that arrived after me. Complete ignorance towards costumers and all they said in the end was sorry for the delay. They were saying that to everyone. They also installed and chipped a panoramic roof glass on a tesla and the were trying to convince the driver that it's not a big deal. Complete disrespect towards the costumers. In my opinion it's not a place you can expect professionalism. Would avoid at all cost unless you want to get moved around and wait forever.

The appointment was for 11 o'clock but they start to work to my car at 12:30. Waste a lot from my time. I understand that are busy but they should schedule the process better. I understand if they start 15 minutes after the schedule time but 1 hour and a half it's to much.

The windscreen was replaced, and everything turned out great! I had a little loose scuttle panel, but the team quickly fixed it for me in just five minutes when I came back to get it taken care of.
