Happy Customer
It was good to have the option of a home visit by a technician or to take my vehicle to a service centre. I chose the home visit and on the day I could track the technician. He called me 20 mins before his arrival. The replacement side window took approx 45 mins to replace. The technician ensured I was happy with the all work undertaken and his service before he left. He was a friendly guy who was very experienced in his role.

Great service and flawless install.
Called up to make the appointment a spoke to a very helpful advisor. Visited the branch in Romford, 12pm Friday. Got a call 2 hours later to say the car was ready. Flawless install with the same glass used by BMW and the heads-up display and all sensors calibrated perfectly. Was nervous prior to install but very happy with the result. Great friendly service too btw.
