I just wanted to say what a great experience I had! My windscreen was replaced very quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. There was a minor hiccup with the fan heater afterwards, which turned out to be a parking ticket that got stuck in it, but when I brought the car back, the team listened to my feedback and sorted it out in no time at all. I really appreciate how promptly and professionally everything was handled. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would be more than happy to recommend you to others! Shoddy work... so far 3 times I have had to bring my car
Had to come to have repairs done to my vehicle 3 times as my car has damaged when windscreen was replaced and refitted, once at westfield and twice at romford. Shoddy work and will never come back to national Windscreens again

AVOID and check all reviews before going ro this place. My insurance company recommended me but I've had a horrible experience with them and I would not ever recommend even my enemies to go. Seriously cowboys working there in the Romford Branch. Notified head office and still didnt sort my problem. Basically they broke another part while putting g new windscreen on and saying it wasn't them. All broken glass all over front seats the windscreen itself is blurry. I think it would have been better to drive with a chip in the windscreen then face all of the problems I had. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
