Worth the wait - done a great job
Nasty crack across the windscreen- had to wait a week for a booking- but on the day, everyone was really friendly / welcoming and efficient. Completed well within stated timeframe and made a very nice job of it too!

They told me that waiting time would be 2 and a 1/2 hours and it took nearly 5 hours.
They made my van very dirty inside and outside and no attempt to clean it.

The hospitality was great, whilst waiting for the repair I was supplied with Hot Tea, which on a very cold and wet day was very welcome. The repair was completed to a very high standard, reinstalling my dash cam and black box into there original places. Well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Unprofessional service
You would not make repair at my location as assured that you have mobile repairs capability. You stated your canopy was faulty to deal with the wet climate.
Back at your garage, you would not even tolerate my trying to see the work going on my car from the office point. I was not satisfied with the finish of the job as one of the windscreen trims was loose. I did not get a satisfactory reason for this. I should have been informed of the loose trim but I discovered this myself.

Excellent Service and Smooth Booking Experience
