The on site staff were excellent
The on site staff were excellent, very polite and professional, could not fault the service.
Unfortunately I felt let down by the booking process, originally the work was scheduled for the 18th only to be informed that a windscreen was not available and had been ordered on the 17th. I had another meeting to attend and had travelled some 90 miles for the double rendezvous. This meant additional travel and accommodation requirements plus added stress due to personal circumstances.
I know that the company has an excellent reputation and that circumstances change but this caused distress at a somewhat difficult time.

Bit of an issue at first but sorted
Bit of an issue at first. Technician turned up at 10am and hadn't loaded the window screen so was unable to carry out the replacement. He then didn't return until 4pm which was frustrating. Customer relations was spot on though, offered a refund for the taxi I had to pay for to get to an appointment in the afternoon which was great.

Great friendly service
Great friendly service. Speedy appointment made, we were kept up to date with the fitter's arrival time and informed when he was on his way to our house.
Really nice polite chap, did a good job and left no trace! Excellent service.

Boot struts no longer work
Fast booking got me in the next day and was ready within 3 hours however my boot struts no longer work so to access my boot I have to manually hold it open which is causing me to now spend £100 to get new boot struts when it worked fine prior to having the rear windscreen replaced.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Extremely professional from the booking process to a full explanation from the fitter on collection. Had rung a few days prior expressing concerns regarding the dash cam and put at easy immediately and they sorted it all for me. Would definitely recommend

Not great!
Initially booked in on a specific date, took the day off work, they didn’t show. They explained that this was a provisional date. Waited 2+ weeks for my replacement window to become available… and then on the day it was booked in, they came 6 hours later than arranged. The guy looked rushed off his feet, so it wasn’t his fault… but he’d obviously been given too many jobs for the day! It was a Friday, he showed up at 6:25pm, and I had plans from 3:30pm that I had to delay. Not ideal… but again, not the workers fault. Overall experience probably a 2* experience, but I’ve given 3 because the worker was clearly stressed and overworked!!

Dropped car off early doors for cracked windscreen replacement. Windscreen replaced and tested within 4 hours. Informed by text, when completed. Full run through of work completed and next steps, ie don't wash car for 3 days. Very friendly staff. Back on road. Job well done.
