Superb service
Set a Date and waited fitter arrived on time and proceeded to fit the windscreen in a clean and professional way, he also cleaned away the glass pieces inside the door with a vacuum.

Customer service was excellent. We were kept informed on timings. All personnel were polite and efficient. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and the thoroughness of our windscreen fitter. He answered all our questions and we were impressed by his knowledge. Great service from start to finish due to medical reasons I could not drive the car myself they were very accommodating to a family member that took the car for me, offered drinks and even to drop them off at crystal peaks and pick them back up when ready so they were not just sat there, great customer service, great staff and overall great windscreen replacement, 100% would use again and recommend highly thank you national windscreen Sheffield

I was met at the door, giving very clear information on what would happen and how long it might take.
I chose to stay in the area while the work was done and I was given clear instructions on how to find a local park and the all important cup of tea and toilet! (was even offered a lift and pick up to a local shopping centre if I wanted it)
I got a call when the car was ready - well within the advised time - and I was again met at the door and advised on aftercare and warranty.
Literally every question I had was answered - most of them before I even needed to ask.

I live in Rotherham so the nearest workshop was crystal peaks near Sheffield,I made the appointment and one week later took my car all the way to crystal peaks , the post code was not a lot of help ,I eventually found the workshop ,I was shown the waiting room after a while I was told they had not received the windscreen !!! I had to make another appointment for the following week but for a home visit .
The home visit to be fair was done on time and very quickly .
