Nice and quick
the guy that came to work on my car was brilliant. he was kind, didn't make me feel talked down to and explained my options well. he was quick, the service took 10 minutes.
I also called their service as I had problems originally booking and they were very helpful, I didn't have to faf with AI or be on hold for hours before speaking to a person and she was able to book me in fully.

First booking did not happen
First booking did not happen and I waited in all day, no call from the mechanic. Customer services called in the evening. Second booking was a month later and mechanic was polite and efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent job.

Windscreen fitting was great but…
Windscreen fitting was great but unfortunately not much care given to how my wipers were put back on. They were on the wrong way round and a part missing so I had to replace them.
