We were a bit disappointed with the service, as it took almost two weeks just to replace a simple windscreen. Our first appointment was wasted because the technician sent to our home couldn’t do the job — even though we had clearly specified that the windscreen needed to be replaced, not repaired. The second appointment was cancelled just 30 minutes before, as the windscreen hadn’t arrived. Only on the third attempt was the replacement finally completed. Overall, too many delays and poor communication.

Check the vehicle before releasing back to the customer. Issue with calibration meant that I had to take time off work a second time to get the new windscreen calibrated properly.

Took my car for windscreen replacement…
Took my car for windscreen replacement in slough branch on 03/09/2025 and waited over 4 hours before the work was done came home and had to Hoover the car because they left bits and pieces behind anyway it was discovered by my mechanic that windscreen wasn’t Put in properly they left too much gap on one side I phone them they said someone will get in touch with me after waiting couple of days decided to make a 10 miles journey again i must say very poor customer service only when the manager came out and have a look at the car and said yes it’s not done properly only than the lady book me in for 11/09/25 at 12.30 not happy at all have to travel 20 miles around trip again let’s see what they do know
