Easy online booking kept me updated on everything

The staff were great , the booking was easy, and we were happy with the outcome.

Company was very efficient in arranging appointments despite the first screen being found to be damaged on arrival. Therefore it took longer to obtain a replacement screen. However, overall a good service was provided and was dealt with by very pleasant staff.

Excellent service from start to finish. The windscreen replacement was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the new windscreen looks perfect. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone needing a windscreen repair or replacement. Thanks again for the great service!

My Range Rover Sport went into the Stafford branch to have the rear screen replaced. The work having been done I collected the car and drove it home. A day later my wife used the car to go shopping, on here return to the car she opened the tailgate and pieces of glass fell out into her hair and falling down her back inside her blouse.
There are still pieces of glass that can be heard falling around inside the tailgate that have not been removed.
This is both very disappointing and very dangerous, just bu operating the automatic tailgate you can hear the remnants of the shattered screen falling around inside and falling out onto whoever is operating the tailgate!!!

This is very poor service and should have been an elementary check that all the glass had been removed.

My experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

My windscreen was replaced, but unfortunately it cracked during fitting. What disappointed me most was that nobody from National Windscreens informed me that this had happened – I only found out through the garage.

As the crack continued to spread, another replacement was arranged. To make this appointment, I left work 2.5 hours early, arranged everything with my employer and asked the garage to accommodate the work.

Unfortunately, the replacement could not go ahead. I appreciate that the technician made a safety decision and confirmed my car was safe to drive, but the communication leading up to the appointment was poor. I was never told in advance that the replacement required particular conditions, such as suitable shade and enough space for the technician’s vehicle. Had I known this beforehand, I would have done everything possible to make those arrangements and avoid wasting everyone’s time.

To their credit, the branch manager contacted me after I raised my concerns, listened to my feedback and discussed how we can move forward. I appreciate that effort, and I now just hope the replacement is completed without any further delays.

Mistakes can happen, but clear communication is essential. Unfortunately, that’s what’s been missing throughout my experience.
