Professionalism shining through.
Having booked an appointment and then having to change it, the staff couldn't be more helpful to get my windscreen replaced. Weather was awful, resulting in a change of venue resulting in me going to the local centre where, despite being the last fitting of the day, their professionalism shone through. No corners cut, kept in the picture - and coffee to boot!
