The replacement windscreen was very quick. I had to call the company back shortly afterwards to report my interior mirror and GPS box were loose. They attended the following day to secure them.

Efficiency Kings👌
Great service from the guy's at the Tamworth branch. Prepared myself for a two hour wait but they were really efficient and got my replacement done on 45 mins.
They even went to the trouble of removing a camera bracket off the damaged windscreen (which i couldn't do) & stuck it to the new one. Awesome job.

I found out a couple of days after my windscreen replacement that my screen washers had not been re- connected and I struggled to get hold of anyone at National Windscreens but managed to get a neighbour to fix it for me

replacement windscreen was installed ok…
replacement windscreen was installed ok ,
there was a sat nav unit on the inside of the wind screen . now it just keeps falling off . i have had to use a cable zip tie to tie it up so it stops the unit falling and smash the unit on the center console.

Very accommodating
Originally I had booked a morning slot but changed in just over 24 hours before it was due. It was very easy to change the appointment to an afternoon slot. When the technician rang me to say he was on the way, I was still at work and I told him I’d be about 15 minutes. He said ‘don’t worry, I’ll come to you’. This was great because it meant that I didn’t have to stress and rush about. He was extremely polite and professional. He had the windscreen replaced and the keys handed back to me within 20 minutes. I couldn’t have faulted anything.
