The replacement windscreen was very quick. I had to call the company back shortly afterwards to report my interior mirror and GPS box were loose. They attended the following day to secure them.

Good reliable service
The screen fitter was very polite and got straight onto the job. Very efficient.
The only criticism I could give is the time scale. Even though you provide a tracker it would be helpful to have AM/PM guide line especially for people who do work themselves

Windscreen replacement feb 2026
Had difficulties initially paying on line. For some reason it wouldn’t accept any of my cards. I spoke to s customer service lady who I thought was condescending and the I got cut off. The next day the payment service worked fine. However the service on site was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly. Communication was excellent. As I waited I would suggest it may be useful to offer a coffee facility in the waiting area for customer use. Doesn’t have to be free

Stress free windscreen repair
After the last harsh snow/frost we had, we awoke to find our windscreen had a fairly large crack going across it. As I have 2 sorts of arthritis’s and other illnesses, my car is my lifeline for getting about to hospital appointments. We phoned the insurance company who organised it all and explained and they booked us an appointment. National Windscreens were excellent, they came back with a very quick appointment, it had to go into a garage because the car sensors traffic around it so it’s not as easy as some cars but again, the garage was in my local town a five minute drive away and someone followed me down to get me home and took me down on pick up. They tell you it could take up to four hours to do incase of problems like the screen breaking but they were done incredibly quickly. They phoned me to say all was completed. The staff there were lovely and explained to me how to look after the car for the next 48 hours when I got it home for the glue to fully set. All in all it was a quick, lovely experience for something that could have been quite stressful. From finding the crack to getting it fixed and bearing in mind we had a weekend took 4 days to fix, I don’t think that’s too bad.
