I used the Taunton location and they…
I used the Taunton location and they did a great job, fitting a genuine Ford windscreen. Their estimate of the time it would take was spot on. Booking the job in was easy and NW took care of all the insurance paperwork. The only criticism I would make is that early in the booking process it mentioned that it could take 4-5 hours and that I should plan for it taking up most of the day. Later in the process I had the option of morning or afternoon but still 4-5 hours. In the end it took 2.
