Good lines of communication. Installation operative was friendly and professional and updated me with progress of installation. Due to weather conditions, I was required to take vehicle into depot as previously arranged home installation wasn’t feasible on the day.

Not cleaned properly.
The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned properly, there was a fair bit of glass debris left.

Automatic full beam not working
Since the windscreen repair my automatic full beam lights have not worked. I have returned to the branch and was advised to take the car to the Ford local dealer this has cost me time and money. The car will be required by the Ford main dealer for a day again costing me time and more money. Very disappointed.

Poor service
Poor service. One of my windscreen wipers stop working after getting my windscreen replaced.
Having phoned to get this rectified, I am still awaiting a response.

Dirty, Scached. Sooo long.
