I had 5 star treatment from the people at the branch, especially Neil the manager who saved the day.
This should be 5 stars.
However I booked the Wednesday appointment with head office on Monday, but they couldn't confirm the glass had been ordered. On Tuesday morning head office cancelled the appointment despite the fact that the glass had been ordered and would arrive in time for the fitting appointment.
Neil and his team saved the day because I needed the car back on Wednesday.
Only the head office actions removed a star from this review. Head office did reach out to me and accepted that the appointment should not have been cancelled.
