My experience was amazing from start to finish. The young lady on the phone who arranged my visit was really knowledgeable and helpful, and I had an appointment for someone to come out within 48 hrs. The young man who came to fix my window..... what an absolute credit to this company! He was so polite, friendly and again, super knowledgeable. He called ahead to let me know a rough ETA, and was so lovely to deal with. He also made a point of explaining what he thought had caused the damage to my glass, what he'd done to avoid it happening again and what I'd need to do if it did. ( relating to a dent in my framework). He did an amazing job, and honestly I can't think of the last time I was this bowled over by someone's level of customer service. Would highly recommend!

5 stars for windshield replacement
3 stars because the technician broke the camera cover clip and took all the pictures as proof, saying it was already broken! Before I got to the service the camera was sitting perfectly, no gaps.
I went home to clean the car inside and i found a piece of plastic cover clip from the camera. They cleaned it well thinking I wouldn't find anything from the camera cover.
Now I have to spend another 50 pounds to fix the camera cover.
Be careful and check the camera cover or the mirror inside the car first. They don't care when they remove the plastic to replace the windshield.

Perfect service

The technician contacted us on the…
The technician contacted us on the morning of fitting the new windscreen advising he was on his way (time slot between 09.00 - 12.00)
I was able to track him, he arrived within the time slot, fitted the windscreen advised me to leave it a least an hour (or longer) before driving to let the glue settle and not to wash it for at least 72 hours if any problems to ring him.
He was very polite and got straight on with the job.
Only problem was that I had to wait a week for it to be done. Due to the roads (Pot Holes) and uneven roads very difficult to drive so I was unfortunately off the road until it was replaced.
