Got It Right Eventually - Three Weeks to Fit Glass
First attempt to replace my camper's rear screen, they brought the wrong replacement despite the fact that I'd emailed them with photos and stated Privacy Glass, NO wiper hole and NO heated element.
Second attempt a week later was going to be called off due to rain but I managed to get them some workshop space in the dry. This time they came with the correct privacy glass but the actual fit was very poor. Glass NOT centred (not even close), proud at the top edge, too far in on the bottom edge and globs of black glue clearly visible. Unacceptable, I told them and after supplying photos of the 'attempt' they agreed.
Third attempt. This time they had to remove the glass (not an easy task), clean the glass and window aperture and then refit. This time to guy got it right.
Why did this have to be an epic? It cost me three days off work. My camper was without a rear screen for three weeks! The first two attempts got 1 star (only because zero stars is not possible). The final attempt would have got 5 stars which raised the total score to 3 stars.

The service was brilliant, I cannot fault the team,my only issue is the quality of the replacement screen was nowhere near as good as the original screen, the view through the lower edge of the screen is very distorted and quite distracting
