3rd time lucky
3rd time lucky! They had to reorder the windscreen twice as kept getting wrong one despite car being there twice to be looked at. I pick up the car and the bit under the steering wheel was still off. Clearly there is no checking or sign off. Absolutely terrible. Staff however were lovely, helpful and very apologetic.

Did not relate info about informing me when car was ready
Freindly and helpfull staff. But told the staff member to Phone my on my home nuber , and the call would be transferred to by mobile. Nothing happened because a text was sent instead of a phone call. So was delayed in collecting car.

First class service for a classic car.
Service was very efficient even though my windscreen was uncommon and glued to the frame. The technician ensured that when he discovered holes in the windscreen frame ,they were filled to ensure no gaps in the mastic used to fix the screen. He also painted a band round the perimeter of the glass to cover the back of the dashboard.

The actual replacement was done well
The actual replacement was done well. What was bad was the booking of the appointment, the fact that the time of it was changed at a late stage, and the fact that I could not pay for it at the workshop because the system was down. Paying then was clunky to say the least
